INVESTMENT INSIGHTS by Robert Holman, CFA CFP®
STOCK MARKET RATING (THE BIG PICTURE) …
· Bullish/Bearish Rating: 7.5 = bullish (1 - 4 is bearish, 5 is neutral, 6 - 9 is bullish).
· Market/Economic Condition: Normal market, except for technology
· Outlook: Expecting steady improvement
I’m maintaining my market rating at 7.5, which is moderately bullish. Earnings have been good so far and the market inevitably follows earnings.

What do we do with our portfolios in this situation? Generally speaking, and depending on your comfort level with risk, pursue getting more fully invested in conservative, well-known stocks, know your entry points, and be prepared to reverse course if things go wrong.
